1. Nature of the Service
Prommerch.com provides digital products and online services only. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Delivery Method
All deliveries are made electronically via email and/or through access credentials to the service or digital product.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is completed within 1 to 5 business days.
For standard digital products, the delivery time starts after payment confirmation.
For service-based orders that require client input, documentation, or credentials, the delivery timeline starts only after:
- A short onboarding call (Google Meet or Zoom) is completed, and
- All required information, documents, and access credentials are received from the client.
4. Consultation Requirement
Depending on the nature of the service, we may require a short call with the client to:
- Understand the client’s needs,
- Collect required documents,
- Obtain access credentials necessary to start the service.
Failure to attend the scheduled call or to provide the requested information will delay the start of delivery, and such delays are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. No Shipping Fees
Since no physical items are shipped, no shipping or handling fees apply.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:
- A valid and accessible email address,
- Accurate contact details,
- All required documents and credentials in a timely manner.
We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect information, unresponsive clients, spam filtering, or incomplete submissions.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the digital product, service output, or access credentials are sent to the client’s email, the order is considered fulfilled.
8. Delays
In rare cases of technical or operational delays, the client will be notified by email. Delivery timelines remain estimates and are not guaranteed.
